I’ve spent over a decade working at the intersection of technology, operations, and live events. My roots are in AV show control systems and integration setups like Crestron — environments where automation wasn’t a luxury, it was survival. When you’re running a show, systems have to work together seamlessly, under pressure, and in real time. That’s where I developed a love for building tools that remove friction and keep everything moving.
Along the way, I’ve dabbled in web projects — building small sites, templates, and lead magnets — but my real focus has always been on workflow automation and systems design. Today, that translates into building lean, AI-enhanced project systems that make it easy for teams to stay aligned and hard for details to get lost.
My approach eliminates bottlenecks by rethinking workflows, identifying high-output levers, and automating everything else. I design solutions that move projects forward, surface blockers instantly, and replace manual reporting with real-time visibility — keeping leadership focused on decisions, not updates.

_anything worth doing is hard. And with hard things, there’s always “good reasons” why they can’t get done. I’ve learned to manage the good reasons (as my father always says) — “because without them, they wouldn’t need me in the first place.” My value is in cutting through the noise, finding a way forward, and delivering when it matters;
